Slapping islamophobic and extremist chinese expats.

I think, Chinese have very high endurance next to Japanese in Asia. Their attitude, emotions, and tolerance are tuned by Moism. They are inflexible when it mattered with their superiority complex over the rest of Asiatic people. The tolerance level with less privileged people is nil. Neither the communist office bearers nor the people are merciful towards those who are not with them. The tolerance is related to coexistence of different people. The uniformity implementation is a conrol/ restriction over individuality. Thus it is a kind of mechanized/cloned mindset. We donot see great artistic minded people emerging out of China in large numbers. It is not fair to judge the people of China for they are not free like others in democratic countries in the world. Anyway the governments are the representatives of the people of every country. We judge the people in general by the actions of their governments. China does not trust any country that speaks for its rivals or that speaks for the lesser privileged countries which have border issues/maritime rights issues with China. We have seen what happened to Tibet, and what is happening in Hong Kong. China has been threatening Taiwan since very long time. Taiwan may eventually bucle under China’s threat in any manner. China is chasing India out of several small nations which share borders with China or closer to it. India could not take up any large projects for the development of Vietnam or other small nations due to China’s confrontational stance. As far as India is concerned China is not different from Pakistan. China has not shown an iota of tolerance over India’s peaceful progress. We can only assess on our experiences with the neighboring country by its actions. As a great country with enormous population China’s tolerance level is not great because of it’s insecure feeling against its own people’s liberty.

Hadeeth does not permit umm al walad

Selling an Umm Walad (a slave who has given birth to a child of her owner) is not permitted according to the vast majority of the jurists. This includes the madhab of the sahaba such as Umar, Usman, Ali (one or earlier opinion), Ibn Abbas (one report), Aisha, Ibn Masud. And this is the view of the four Sunni madhabs: Malikis, Hanafis, Shafi'is and Hanbalis. You are most likely only aware of this madhab since it is the predominant opinion.
